About
Maria Malecka
I am a founder, business builder, author, and guide.
For almost 20 years, I’ve been building and leading businesses — turning ideas and visions into reality by connecting strategy, people, and execution.
I’ve been an entrepreneur, director, and CEO, and I’ve also experienced what happens when building comes from pressure, hustle, and disconnection.
Today, I choose differently. I bring business building and the human side of entrepreneurship together.
I create spaces for creators and founders to build what’s theirs, guiding them as they turn their vision into reality — and become the person who can hold what they create.
EXTRAORDINARY IN THE ORDINARY
I don’t believe in hustle or chasing as a path to meaningful creation.
I believe in connection — to yourself, your energy, your direction, and the clarity that guides what wants to be built next.
My work is rooted in the ordinary moments where everything begins: presence, daily habits, honest reflection, conscious choices — and the decisions we make about how we create, build, and lead.
Because building something meaningful is not only about strategy, positioning, business models, or execution. It’s also about the person behind it — the identity, capacity, boundaries, and ability to hold what you are creating.
This is conscious entrepreneurship to me: building the founder alongside the business. Turning vision into reality without losing yourself in the process.
And ultimately, building something that is truly yours — your work, your contribution, your legacy.
If you’re creating something of your own or you want to start — you’ll find dedicated spaces for creators and founders here.
